Functie

  • Handle all pre sales supporting activities, which should result in a sales order.

  • (Pro) Actively support the sales force to grow the companies business to existing customers.


  • List of Duties:     (Insert the duties/tasks including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and regular, irregular and ad hoc duties)


     


    • Preparation and follow-up of quotations including all information on e.g. quantities, pricing and margins.

    • Providing all necessary data for the so-called pre-production process into the system.

    • Fill out all details, data and screen on data quality to be able to complete a customer contract.

    • Continuous volume, price and margin analysis, ensuring customer data is current and actions needed, can be initiated via the Sales Force.

    • Input and support to Sales Force on customer presentations.

    • Review incoming customer visit reports and follow-up where required.

    • Continuous analysis and follow-up on forecast versus actuals per individual customer, who’s forecast is listed in the system.

    • Review, update and maintain customer data within the unique customer profile.

    • Prepare independent quotations for small customers and keeping the Sales Force informed on terms, conditions, pricing and margins.

    • Interaction with Sales, Finance and Logistics to ensure up-to-date data and maintain current customer and product information.

    • Maintain complete communication and information on the “pre-production process” to the customer and follow-up on the issues with Customer Service department.

    • Providing excellent customer service to our customers and strive for customer delight.

Educational Background (School, University,...):


  • Bachelors degree (e.g. Marketing, Economics’ or Communications’).

 


Professional Background (Training, Education,...):


  • Minimum of 2 years commercial experience in an international B-to-B market environment.

  • Knowledge and operating experience of transport/logistics is preferred.

  • Knowledge of and worked with INCO terms.

 


 


Computer Skills:


  • Microsoft Office.

  • ERP software in general.

 


Languages:


  • Excellent language skills, fluent orally and in writing in English (company language) and minimal two other European languages.
